Customer / investigator site usage
Merchandise purchased from this site for use as gifting to customers or investigator sites should be done so with respect to the customers / sites specific gifting policy. This should be respected at all times and ICON’s Global Code of Ethical Conduct must also be adhered to. Please refer to the document for further information.
Internal staff usage
Merchandise purchased from this site for staff should only be used for employee engagement purposes such as internal staff meetings, charity events and special occasion gifts e.g. wedding gift, and requires your Manager’s approval.
Global business development
Please note, Marketing will continue to provide stock merchandise for Business Development. However, if you require a custom item or expedited shipping, BD must cover the respective cost. If you are a member of the BD team and have an upcoming requirement, please contact Linda Smith in the US and Nada Jaroudi in the EU to place your order. Both have direct access to our warehouses and can submit an order on your behalf
Order shipping timelines
Please allow up to 10 - 15 days for shipment of your order. It is possible to pay for expedited shipping, however, the higher shipping cost will be billed to your department.
How to order
It is recommended that a designated user be assigned to place orders on behalf of the department.
- All orders include a standard shipping charge. If you require expedited shipping, the additional cost will be charged to your department
- Once your order has been submitted,you will receive a confirmation email from ICONMerchandise@Identitypromotions.net which includes an estimate (PDF) to be used to raise a PO. If you have not received a confirmation email, check our spam filter. Orders will not be fulfilled/shipped until PO number has been received by Identity Promotions.
- You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
For special orders
You can create a special order for a specific catalogue item to be shipped to a specific region/department. Identity ships the item to your location. Special orders imply that the purchase and sales order are linked to ensure that the specific catalogue item is picked and delivered correctly. Special orders include:
- large quantities of popular items
- colour availability
- exchange rates
